Watering is the single biggest variable in whether new seed takes, and the one part we can't do from the seat of a machine — so we take it off your hands for the roughly four-week establishment window.

• Hoses, sprinklers and timers supplied by us — nothing for you to buy or store afterward.
• Set up and coverage dialled in on the day we seed, so nothing has to be dragged around the yard.
• We stop in every couple of days to confirm everything is getting the water it needs and adjust the timers as the weather changes.
• Removed and taken away once the stand is established — you are not left with equipment to deal with.

Booked with overseeding. Add it to core aeration + overseeding, or to aeration, overseeding and topdressing.
