Dethatching

Rakes out the mat of dead stems sitting between the grass and the soil. Past about half an inch that layer sheds water and holds disease, and no amount of fertilizer gets through it.

When we do it: Spring, or early fall.

Pick the size band your lawn falls in. The bands are generous on purpose — if you land a little over, that is our problem, not yours, and the price you paid is the price. Not sure of your size? The instant quote measures it from satellite in about a minute.

Often booked with: Overseeding and Core Aeration. More detail on our aeration & overseeding page.

We confirm the date by email or phone before we roll. Sheboygan County only.
